INNFLOW DOCUMENTATION

Executions, Analytics, and Inbox

Inspect workflow runs, review performance, and act on notifications

Execution logs

Every workflow run creates an execution record. Open Workspace → Logs to review runs across the workspace, then select an execution to inspect its status, duration, workflow path, node output, and errors.

Execution states include running, successful, failed, and cancelled. While a run is active, Innflow streams status changes so you can follow progress without refreshing.

Execution-history retention depends on your plan:

Debug a failed run

  1. Open the failed execution.
  2. Find the first node with an error state.
  3. Inspect its input, output, and error message.
  4. Correct the workflow or credential.
  5. Run the workflow again and compare the new execution.

Browser Agent output can also include a complete Browserbase session URL. See Browser Automation.

Analytics

The Home analytics tab summarizes workflow activity over the last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 3 months. It includes execution count, success rate, average successful-run duration, deployed workflow count, credit usage, trends over time, and the most active or failure-prone workflows.

Use Logs for a single execution's evidence and Analytics for workspace-level trends.

Inbox

The Inbox collects items that need attention, including:

  • Successful or failed workflows
  • Failed nodes
  • Agent and model responses
  • Copilot replies
  • Human approval requests
  • Workflows waiting for an external event

Filter the Inbox by All, Unread, Workflows, or Agents. Opening an item marks it as read and links to the related execution, workflow, or approval page. You can also mark everything read or delete individual notifications.
