Use cases
INNFLOW ACADEMY
Route incoming requests
Combine intake, rules, table records, and notifications.
IN THIS LESSON
- Turn a request into a structured record.
- Route complete and incomplete inputs separately.
The process
Use a Form or Webhook trigger to receive a request. Keep the first version simple: request text, a contact address, and a request identifier.
- Check required values with a Condition node.
- Add complete requests to a workspace table.
- Connect a communication action to notify the intended team.
- Give incomplete requests a separate path for review.
Add AI only where it helps
A summarization step can make a long request easier to scan. Preserve the original text and use explicit rules for required fields. If you introduce classification, test ambiguous requests and define a review path.
Validate the result
Test a complete request, one with a missing contact address, and a duplicate event. Confirm the correct branch runs and check for duplicate records or notifications.
