Get operation receipt
GET /mcp/operations/{operationId}
Read an authoring operation receipt owned by the current principal and workspace.
GET /api/v1/mcp/operations/{operationId}Permission: workflows:read. Write endpoints also require a workspace role that permits changes. See authentication and errors.

Response
HTTP 200 — Returns data with id, state, executionId, workflowId, lastError and response. Use this to inspect accepted operations and dispatch failures.
